وحدات التحكم في تدفق الهواء (VAV) المستقلة عن الضغط

يتم تصنيع وحدات VAV و CAV المستقلة عن الضغط ووحدات التجاوز (Bypass Units) من Galloway وفق أعلى معايير الدقة وباستخدام أحدث تقنيات التصنيع في منشأة ليمنار للصناعات، الممتدة على مساحة 100,000 قدم² والمعتمدة على الطاقة الشمسية في دبي.

The terminal unit modulates the amount of ‘primary’ cooling air to the space between a minimum set point and the design airflow. Meticulously designed with an acoustically lined sheet metal box, a round inlet damper with a neoprene gasket, an airflow flow sensor and a rectangular outlet as the units make for easy installation, replacement and refurbishment.

Galloway terminal units are engineered to accurately measure and control air volumes in response to room temperature demands across zones. In a CAV application, the terminals maintain the required constant airflow independent of the inlet static pressure. In a VAV application, the terminal units control the air volume in the room as per the required cooling load. The VAV or CAV terminals can be used either for supply or return air applications across new and retrofit projects.

Galloway VAV units are tested and certified to meet the most stringent AHRI 880 standard for unparalleled quality and performance ratings and AHRI 885 standard for NC noise levels.

Each Galloway terminal unit is equipped with the best-in-class, high-precision air flow sensors from Europe, which measure air volume with an accuracy of up to 98 % providing increased energy savings to building owners while reducing energy costs. The units are also tested with fibre-free insulation for critical applications such as for the healthcare and food industries.
